Browsing and applying is free. You only ever pay a one-time confirmation charge after a tuition is actually confirmed.

  1. Step 1

    Create your profile

    Add your education, subjects, preferred areas and expected salary.

    Sign up with Google or an email address and complete your tutor profile. The fields that matter most to guardians are your institution and department, the classes and subjects you actually teach, the areas you can travel to, and a realistic expected salary range. A complete profile ranks higher in guardian searches.

  2. Step 2

    Get identity verified

    Upload your NID and student ID or certificate — usually cleared in 1–2 days.

    Upload a clear photo of your National ID plus your student ID card or your highest degree certificate. Our verification desk checks the name, the institution and your mobile number. Once cleared, a green Verified badge appears on your profile — verified tutors receive several times more shortlists than unverified ones. Your documents are never shown publicly.

  3. Step 3

    Apply for matching tuitions

    Filter the board by area, class and subject, then apply with a short cover note.

    Use the filter rail on the job board to narrow down to jobs you genuinely fit — district and area, class, subject, medium, salary bracket and tutor gender preference. Write a short, specific cover note for each application. Applying selectively and accurately keeps your acceptance rate high.

  4. Step 4

    Demo class, then confirm

    Meet the guardian, take a demo class and start teaching once both sides agree.

    When a guardian shortlists you, our desk shares the contact details and schedules a free demo class. If both sides are happy, the tuition is confirmed, you pay the one-time confirmation charge, and the tuition is added to your completed-tuitions record — which drives your ranking on the platform.

    Tell us what you need

    One short form: area, class, subjects, days per week and budget.

    Fill in the tuition request form with the student's class, the subjects that need help, your area, how many days a week you want and a budget range. You will get a reference number straight away so you can quote it whenever you call the desk.

  2. Step 2

    We shortlist verified tutors

    Our desk hand-picks tutors who match your area, subject and budget.

    Rather than dumping a directory on you, our desk reads the requirement and shortlists tutors whose subjects, class levels, travel range and expected salary genuinely fit. Every tutor on the shortlist is identity verified before we send it to you.

  3. Step 3

    Free demo class

    Meet your shortlist at home or online before committing to anything.

    Pick the tutors you like from the shortlist and take a free demo class with each. This is where you check teaching style, punctuality and how the student responds. There is no obligation and no charge at this stage.

  4. Step 4

    Confirm and start

    Agree the schedule and salary directly with the tutor — we take no cut.

    Once you are happy, you agree the schedule and monthly salary directly with the tutor and pay the tutor directly. If anything goes wrong in the first month, tell the desk and we arrange a replacement at no extra charge.

Do I need an account to browse tuition jobs?

No. Every live tuition job on the job board is fully readable without signing in. You only need an account when you want to apply for a tuition or manage your applications.

How quickly will I get a tutor after posting a request?

Our desk calls you back within one working day to confirm the requirement. For Dhaka, Chattogram and other metro areas we usually share a shortlist within 24–48 hours. For remote upazilas it can take 3–5 working days depending on tutor availability.

Is Excellence Tutor available outside Dhaka?

Yes. We publish tuition jobs from all eight divisions and our tutor network covers all 64 districts. Coverage density is highest in Dhaka, Chattogram, Rajshahi, Khulna, Sylhet and Mymensingh, and online tutoring is available everywhere.
