Confirm the tuition with the desk
Once the guardian confirms you after the demo class, the desk sends you the exact amount payable. Your reference is the Tuition No of that post — the number on the job, shown on every charge in your dashboard. Never pay before this message.

Open bKash or Nagad and choose Send Money
Use the official number shown on this page only. Put your Tuition No in the reference box, and send the exact amount — do not round up or down, because the desk reconciles against the exact figure.

Save the transaction ID
Note the TrxID from the confirmation SMS. Without it we cannot match your payment to your account.

Send the desk your TrxID
Reply on WhatsApp or call the hotline on +880 1326609968 with your Tuition No and the TrxID. Confirmation is normally recorded the same working day.

Got a discount coupon?

Coupons come off the confirmation charge, and you redeem one yourself — the desk does not apply it for you and never asks you to send a code by SMS.

1. The desk confirms you on a tuition, and the charge appears on your payments page.
2. Open Payments in your dashboard and press Coupon on that charge.
3. The amount due drops straight away — then send the smaller figure.

Redeem it before you pay. A coupon only reduces what is still owed; it cannot give back money that has already been sent.

Replacement, in short

Guardians: a free replacement tutor within the first month, no questions asked.
Tutors: if a confirmed tuition is cancelled by the guardian within 15 days for reasons outside your control, the desk transfers your confirmation charge to your next confirmed tuition.
Either side can escalate a dispute to the desk with the reference number and we review it within five working days.

Receipts and records

Every payment is recorded against your account with the TrxID and the tuition job code.
Ask the desk for a payment confirmation message at any time — quote your reference number.
Keep your own SMS confirmation until the desk has acknowledged the payment in writing.

Is Excellence Tutor free for guardians?

Yes — completely. Posting a tuition request, receiving a shortlist, running demo classes and replacing a tutor are all free for guardians and students. We never take a cut of the tuition fee you pay your tutor.

What does a tutor pay?

Nothing to register, nothing to browse and nothing to apply. A tutor pays a one-time confirmation charge only after a tuition is confirmed and the first month is agreed. The current rate and payment instructions are on the charges page.

How is the confirmation charge paid?

Through bKash or Nagad to the official Excellence Tutor number listed on the charges page. Always send money only to the number published there and always keep the transaction ID — our desk will confirm receipt against it.

Are there any hidden charges?

No. There is no monthly subscription, no per-application fee, no listing boost fee and no commission on your salary. If anyone asks you for a payment outside the published charge, report it to our desk immediately.

Can I get a refund?

Yes, in the situations described in our refund & replacement policy — mainly when a confirmed tuition falls through within the guarantee window for reasons outside your control.
